The services they provided over the years were fine, however they are a picture perfect example of how to not gracefully accept a customer wanting a cancellation. They continuously left my gates open, even after I requested they stay closed after the visit. They add just a small line after each automated email for a note, he claims my pump hasn't worked since February, however why was my first note about it in June? Interesting the length of his response to my review. However he never addresses my reason for cancelling. The pool had dirt and debris on the bottom of the pool. It's as if they didn't vacuum. I bought a house with a green pool and immediately replaced all the pool equipment with a new saltwater system.
