Bought a new motor for the filter/ pump. Didn't include the impeller, no biggie, went back to buy it with the motor box they sold me so they could give me the right item. Confidently hand me a part off the wall after scanning bar codes and such. Wrong part, wouldn't accept the return because the bag was opened. But how is someone supposed to know it was the wrong part, after being told it was the correct item, until you're attempting to install it. Thieves.
The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service of anywhere! Gary the owner is “retiring” but simply checked out. I made an appointment months ago to have my pool opened. Had a scheduled appointment to which no one showed up. I call repeatedly and no one answers. They finally show up 4 DAYS LATER and take the cover off; that’s it! My filters were not touched my chlorinator never touched. Basically my teenage sons could take a pool cover off. I call and they tell me they don’t know ANYTHING!
