2 weeks ago I asked for an estimate on some work. I have had to call them x3 times to try to get an estimate to give them my business. I'm done. They've lost the opportunity and fsck if I will pay for the estimate they never delivered.

Great Service: I have used other pool companies in the area before with not much success. The service guy from the pool and spa house came out and was able to diagnose the problem I was having in 15 minutes that the previous two companies couldn't figure out. I wish I would of gone with them from the beginning, I could of saved my self time and money.

Pool Snobs: is the term that best describes this place. I just went there and could not believe things were just as bad as a year earlier. I was there a year earlier and had the same impression: over-inflated prices on all products, standoffish attitude of employees, and overall bad atmosphere making you think: why did I even have to come here? example: A couple of pounds of PH decreaser: about $25. Great service and very helpful – We have been using another pool maintenance company to service our pool for many years but they have gotten so backed up that at times when I call them the wait is one to two months to get an appointment. I called Pool and Spa House and had a service man here in one week. He did a great job and helped us with equipment they had sold us that the other company refused to support. Great service – I was having a lot of pool equipment issues and could not clear up a green pool. I dealt with a few other companies over the years but these folks know their stuff and I did not have to wait 2 months to get a service man out to my house. This was the only group of people that could help me with my pool and I am a customer for life. Very nice technician by the way and all the guys that came out seemed to really like the place they work which is important.

Friendly & Professional – The Pool & Spa House have been maintaining my pool for five years. The pool looks great and it is nice not to have to have to worry about if it will be ready for the next gathering. They are quick to respond and repair any equipment that breaks down. The folks in the store are friendly and helpful, and greet me by name each time I go there to pick up toys for my kids or have my water tested. Service????? – We were regular monthly maintenance customers of this horrible establishment. They couldn't do their job, each week there was one problem after another, (forgetting to add water to the hot tub, turning it down to 89 degrees, forgetting to put the lid back on) and their service manager didn't do anything to change the situation. All he could say is "wow, we never had any complaints from anyone else." Everytime there was a problem it wasn't addressed. All they could repeat was "wow, and he's one of our best guys... read more
