Don is one of the most responsive service people I have encountered. We were struggling with our pool, trying to remove the cloudiness and algae. Don came when we called, worked hard and taught me while he was doing the work. He continues to come on a weekly basis and our pool has never and I repeat never looked so good. I feel so fortunate to have found him and would highly recommend him.
I would stay away from this individual. Very unprofessional.
Don showed up at our house a few days after receiving our down payment. His contract states installation 4-5 weeks after receiving the signed contract and payment. We asked when the pool would be installed “you’ll be swimming in your pool before July 4th.” 4 weeks goes by and no word from Don. We tried calling several times and no one answered the calls.
