Had them come out to do a winterization on my new pool this year. My Pool has an auto cover and everyone I spoke with that has auto covers and other companies that did winterization told me you do not lower the water level for an auto cover. When the gentleman got here the first thing they did was started lowering my water level and they said they typically do it below the skimmer and I explained to them that that’s not what I read and I’ve been told not to lower the water. Wonderful store to have close by! We just live down the road and originally, I have stoped in once or twice to look for something for a pipe/hose. But, this year (our 3rd year with the pool) I opened and got mustard algae really bad. I tried to do what I knew and I got decently far. The Pool House helped me GREATLY!! They answered my questions, gave great suggestions, never tried to oversell me a ton of things, and they helped me get a treatment plan for my pool. They have quality products at great prices.
