This is one of the worst businesses I have ever encountered. I tried 3 times to use this business after getting a pool this year. Twice they closed early for no apparent reason, once they were taking cash only & after I made a trip to the ATM to get cash, no one acknowledged my presence when I went in the store (after waiting more than 10 minutes I left because no one even looked at me). I will gladly drive to Lakewood from now on.
I will definitely shop there again! They did not have the exact item I was looking for, but found an item that would work. Melissa was very helpful and took her time to assure the part would work.
I called to see if they had any pool sand because it was sold out all over town. They said there were 4 bags left. I asked if they could please put 1 bag aside and I would pick it up before they close. They said that they would, drove 20 minutes to pick it up, waited in line for 20 minutes and then at the counter they informed me the bag sitting on the pallet that a women who was behind me in line grabbed was the last one.
