For their full-service "weekly maintenance", you would expect most of (if not all applicable) steps listed on their website to be fulfilled for the cleaning part - but NO, they won't vacuum your pool unless you asked explicitly and sometimes they don't do it even you asked. They showed up and wrapped up service in spaceship speed within 2-5 minutes, in-and-outs. The Pool Guy came in clutch with the piece I needed on my salt system. When everyone else said they couldn't help or did not know what to do, The Pool Guy found the solution instantly and fixed the problem. No other pool service I would go to in the Inland Empire but The Pool Guy Supply

Jake who is suppose to know about doesn't. I have on several occasions with problems with my new pool sweep, neither him or his guys solved the problem. I also had Jake install a new pump and yet the problems still exists. I would strongly recommend finding another pool service.
