Excellent customer service! I asked a question on their site before purchasing, the owner Tom actually called me on a Sunday to answer my question. I wasn't sure if I should be impressed, or scared. Turns out my husband and I have been nothing but impressed since our purchase! The pool arrived within a week of ordering, all parts were there and in excellent condition. Just had our new Quest pool installed & it is wonderful! Parts are of top quality, pool is very sturdy & it looks beautiful. Delivery was a snap & all parts were there. I'd recommend this pool to everyone.
