A+ experience with The Pool Experts for our pool build and outdoor kitchen and bar area. Jorge and the crew were on time, kept the work area clean, and paid close attention to every detail. The pricing was fair, and the pool construction and backyard work came out top notch. Jorge worked within our budget and shared great ideas that fit the space and the Florida outdoor lifestyle. We even trusted him to choose the color scheme, and everything turned out beautifully. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the ... read more
These guys are the best for pool service. After trying a few other pool maintenance companies in Miami Beach, i finally found The Pool Experts, and the difference has been clear. They are accountable, open, and always show up when they say they will. The team keeps the water clean, the chemicals balanced, and the equipment checked so the pool stays ready in the florida heat. patrick was great to work with, and the pricing was fair with excellent service every visit.

After dealing with several problems through a home warranty and other pool contractors, this company really came through for me. They helped manage the warranty claim, handled the approval process for the pool repair, and kept everything moving smoothly. Patrick and Jorge came out to my home in Miami Beach and were respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained the repair clearly and made... read more
They did everything they said they would for my pool service. At the start, the biggest help was clearing out the green algae and getting the water clean, balanced, and swimmable again. Since then, they have been prompt and dependable with weekly pool cleaning. Each visit has been consistent, and the pool stays in great shape with regular brushing, skimming, and chemical care. In Florida’s heat, it really helps to have a reliable team keeping up with water quality and routine maintenance. Their service has made pool care s... read more
People are quick to judge, but from my full experience this pool company has gone above and beyond. Sebastian was honest, helpful, and felt more like a real pool pro than a salesperson. He answered my questions, gave straightforward advice, and helped me choose the best pool setup for my yard and budget. Even though there was a wait before excavation started, the communication throughout the pool construction process was excellent, and I always felt informed. Isaiah in the office was easy to work with, shared timely updates... read more
