RecommendedI have not purchased a pool here but I did crash into the telephone pole outside and total my car. and when I tell you these guys came RUNNING to help me I do not exaggerate. sparks were flying, my car was smoking, and they ran straight toward it to extinguish the sparks and make sure I was okay. They even stuck around to make sure police, fire and emts didn't need any further assistance and offered me water before going back inside. Recommendedpool doc replaced my liner, converted my pool to salt water system, opening and closing services, and water chemistry services, these guys are the BEST !!
I definitely would NOT recommend Pool Doctor to anyone, especially those needing larger services like a new pool liner + installation. Last April, my parents paid 75% of the cost for a new pool liner. This is not a small job, and the cost was a few thousand dollars. When the time finally came for the measurements to be taken for the new liner, they measured the pool and left out the steps. The new liner came in before the mistake was realized. RecommendedWe have lived in Piney Flats for almost 9 years and have had Pool Dr. all these years... any problem we have had with our pool they have had a solution... from replacement of our liner to replacement of old sand, things I wouldn’t of thought of causing our pool to do what it does.. I have and would recommend The Pool Dr. to anyone that wants a pool put in OR has a pool and needs someone to help keep it maintained
