Poor customer service and shady business practice, took 30 minutes to close the pool on video and charged for 2 hours. I would not recommend using this service.
The pool company knows what they are doing and are highly responsive! They reliably deliver.
Jess Brock, I think you posted on the wrong pool company. I've been using this company since their begining and I always received outstanding service. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. Best pool service in the StL area l will never use Pool tron again. Thanks Tim
The Pool Company is the absolute BEST! I was preparing two important family outings around my 30,000-gallon concrete pool, when suddenly it started losing water… not a few inches but several feet! ….. I had less than a week ….
