I had a very disappointing experience with The Pool Company STL on a pool cover replacement project. Their written proposal stated that the roll-up tube would be replaced “if needed,” which is how I evaluated and agreed to move forward. Before proceeding, I specifically clarified that I was not interested in replacing the tube unless it was truly necessary, as another provider indicated this is not commonly required. Poor customer service and shady business practice, took 30 minutes to close the pool on video and charged for 2 hours. I would not recommend using this service.
The pool company knows what they are doing and are highly responsive! They reliably deliver.
Jess Brock, I think you posted on the wrong pool company. I've been using this company since their begining and I always received outstanding service. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. Best pool service in the StL area l will never use Pool tron again. Thanks Tim
