Dropped off our sweet poodle at 1:00 pm. Never heard another word and at 5:30 pm called and called and called and no one would answer!!! Drove over to see what was going on. At 5:45 when we arrived he had just finished his bath and still need to be dried, brushed and groomed!! Why make a appointment? This is ridiculous!! Your fur baby will be traumatized by this!! Our baby was locked in a cage for 4.5 hours before he ever even received a bath!!! HORRIBLE!! THINK TWICE PEOPLE!!!
