Awesome Facility!! I had a horrible grooming experience down the street and heard about The Pooch Patio. Not only is their grooming top notch, but I was very impressed with their day care facility and staff friendliness too! It was very clean and the dogs looked so content! Definitely going to be a loyal customer from now on!

Pooch Patio was a bad experience. Pooch Patio was a bad experience. The supervision is questionable at this facility. My dogs have been injured several times at this place and the staff admitted that they are too overwhelmed to be able to handle the number of dogs they allow to stay for daycare. I had to stop taking my dogs there after the owner basically said her business was more important than one or two dogs not coming back because their owner didn't like they way she ran things. Great Place to Hang Out with Your Best Friend! Not only are the bathing and grooming facilities first rate, but the Pooch Patio is also a great place to hang out with your best friend, while he/she socializes with other pooches.
Pretty good. – I think that the quality of care my dog received is pretty good based on her mood when she returned. She seemed tired (which is a good thing) and she was not scared. My only complaint would be that the muttcam for the small dog room was not working properly. I was never able to see her in the true environment. Also, when I called to talk to a lady about it, she hung up the phone on me..kind of rude. I would say that I would bring my dog back once the muttcam is fixed.

Celeste-Although we could view the webcam streaming internally, I contacted our tech guy & he verified webcam was streaming, & linked appropriately. When you advised that you still could not access it the 2nd time, I personally logged on from my laptop and my desktop at home & was still able to view them. I did ammend however how the webcams were linked so that it would be more user-friendly. I spoke with the bar staff about the phone incident and I believe it was a complete accident. Top Notch! Without a doubt one of the best places to take your dog. We almost always use the Patio ( they book fast on holidays) because they are so great with dogs. The people are bright cheerful and are always excited and seem to know the names of all the dogs on site. A very personal feeling, and a cheerful environment make the pooch patio my first choice when I need someone to care for my dogs.
Dog Heaven My terrier, Willa is an active busy dog. On the days when she stays at home, she needs constant exercise and attention. I am so grateful to have a fun place for her to stay when I am at work. At the end of the day, she is tired and happy. I know that she is exercising and playing. At the end of the week she is groomed and bathed (fluffed and buffed), ready for a weekend at home smelling and feeling good.
Wonderful Experience...truly profressional establishment I have 3 dogs of various sizes and temperaments. They all three have a great time at the "Pooch". Always great for me! I have been a client for several years now of the pooch patio and have 2 standard poodles who require a lot of grooming work... We have been very happy with the results and service that we continue to get from The Pooch and would recommend it to any looking for a great grooming experience.
