First of all when we moved it it was vacuumed but the carpets were not cleaned. There were pee spots on the carpet and it smelled like urine. So we had to wait to move in. The bathroom cabinets were not cleaned and there was dried toothpaste all over the inside of the drawers. I just read another review that said the same thing. The light switch did not work on the ceiling fan so at night we had to unscrew the lightbulbs to keep the fan on.
