Austin was fantastic diagnosing and fixing issue we had with a basalt water feature at our home in Edina. We’re happy to have it up and running again. Easy scheduling, quality work and reasonably priced.
I had one of the scariest and most infuriating experiences with The Pond Co. on 8/18/2025 at 9:30 AM that makes me question how they are even allowed to operate on public roads. Their driver didn’t even bother to stop at the stop sign at Kenrick Ave & 165th St W in Lakeville, just rolled straight through pulling a trailer, cutting me off as if the rules of the road don’t apply to them. The Pond Co. always has what I need whether I'm performing maintenance on a water feature or constructing a new water feature.
I had two Pond Company guys out to Spring clean my pond today and am thrilled with their work. I have a natural pond wih a recirculating pump and an extensive bog rather than a filter and skimmer. Specifically, they back flushed the bog through it's centepede plumbing under the bog plantings and dislodged years worth of debri clogging it.
