I’ve been going to the Polyclinic for over 20 years and Since Optum took it over, it’s a sad state of affairs. They have a third-party billing service who can’t help you they just want you to pay your bill. They want you to pay right away but when you have a question I’ll get back to you maybe in 24-48 hours. I was told if you post something on my chart the billing people Don’t access those notes and don’t answer the questions from My Chart. I guess the search is on for a new doctor. I had a very frustrating experience with customer service at the Northgate Polyclinic. Despite being appointed a primary doctor there through Molina, when I attempted to schedule a new patient appointment, the front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive. I was told, 'we don't accept new patients that have Molina, they don't update their system.' It's incredibly unhelpful when a doctor's office refuses to assist a new patient in this manner.

Polyclinic and Optum: They do not have customer service or reception areas. The people who greet you are gate keepers and the number one rule is No, No, No. No matter what the question is. Be prepared, to go somewhere else.

Your front desk employee on Saturday at 8 am needs to take some classes in customer service and how to speak to patients. Would not recommend coming to this walk in clinic unless you want to deal with a man having a complex and noticeably speaking to women in a short/rude manner.

Have a primary care provider but can't get an appointment for 5 months out. No point in having a primary if they just want to dump you on the first available provider.
