We love this store! The kids love to go play while I shop. Our 4 year old constantly asks to go to the "polkadots" store! Love their clothes!

I have been waiting patiently for a sweater I ordered in August! It was due to me in September. Every 2 weeks I call and inquire about it and I am told it will be coming that it was delayed and can request a refund. I keep waiting because I loved the shirt and I thought they were keeping good track and responding. Finally, a week ago I emailed requesting a refund. You are reviewing our boutique page which is for our Lubbock store, but your complaint is actually regarding our other PDA FB page which does sales.
