By far, my worst experience at a nail shop. I walked in happy and ready tp relax and left STRESSED. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was a teenager. I’ve never experienced such rude people. I walked in asking for builder gel and they proceeded to try to give me poly gel, which are two very different things. When I then asked my nail tech to get builder gel instead of the poly gel, the tech started to give me attitude, then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and threw my hand slightly. The Polished Nail is one of the best places to go to get your nails done. I had Kim do mine and she is one of the best!

This place ruined my nails. Got some dip powder taken off to give my nails a rest and my nails are horrendous, brittle, easily break and are growing irregularly. Been doing dip regularly on my nails for 2 years (with small breaks) and this has never been the case. This sucks.

This place is the best! It’s very clean and everyone is friendly. I like clean simple nails and they do a great job every time. Love the pedicure options and I’m always happy with my nails.
