Terrible service. Vivian was the nail tech. I explained to her exactly what I wanted she did the complete opposite after me questioning her through the process and then told me she mis understood me. She removed what she had done and told me I could leave after being there almost two hours. She didn’t try to make things right.
Service was horrible. I think these nail shops have an issue with customers like me who wears their real nails and use regular finger nail polish. I went here Sunday and I have been to this shop several times and spent money here. When I told them what I wanted for services( manicure with REGULAR nail polish), they gave me the worst and slowest nail tech. Vivian has been doing my nails for years and I have zero complaints. She’s attentive and makes certain that she’s doing your nails to your liking! I highly recommend Vivian; she’s such a pleasure to be around
Place did a horrible job. Got a 65 dollar pedicure and the massage wasn’t even good and the nails looked so bad I had to have her soak them off they were the wrong shape and she made them way shorter than I told her. Would give this place 0 stars if possible.
