I went to the Polished Look for the first time last week. It was awesome! I was a bit frazzled because I had gotten turned around with my GPS, but Denita just brushed it aside and took me back into the salon where it was cool and the light wasn't too bright. I sat down on this wonderful heated seat and she spent a LOT of time taking down the polish and really working on my feet to remove rough spots and clip my nails back to a good length -- not too short or too long.
