It was my first time going to the Polished Image, one of my close friends recommended Sarah to me, and I’m so glad she did. I had the best experience out of any hairdresser I’ve ever been to, she was sweet, thoughtful, and just over all an amazing time. She gave me the most perfect blonde and my hair has never felt healthier. She was seriously so lovely and I’m so happy to have found a new place to get my hair done along with meeting some new friends.
Absolutely wonderful people. I tried cutting my hair myself and it didn’t turn out well. They took 5 minutes out of their lunch to help me out before class. Very thankful.
I get my hair cut and colored with Sarah regularly. Every time is magical! Sarah takes what I ask for and makes it even better. If you’re not sure what might look good but you need your hair done and healthy - Sarah is your go to! The blonde/copper I got is PERFECT for summer.
I moved back to Indiana and the one thing I wanted to make sure I had was a great hairstylist. It can be challenging with highlights and blondes coloring balancing. Sarah Fandrai has been hands down my ultimate favorite hairstylist! She has a talent for hair and for people. She is very friendly and will make sure you are comfortable and happy with your hairstyle. I have been going to her for almost 2 years and I won’t go anywhere else unless she retires. Sarah Fandrai has exceeded every expectation I have ever had for a hair dresser. I brought her inspiration pictures and she nails it every time. She is a color expert. She knows how to do classy cut and colors, and she also keeps up with the trends. Couldn’t recommend her enough.
