Sandra just provided the lovliest, most hospitable grand tour of The Polished Diamond Spa and The Hidden Gem Cafe. I am new to the area, and though I have received a referral for a salon, I decided I'd visit various places to get a feel of their customer service. I've only visited four so far, but The Polished Diamond 'outshined' the others. I JUST LOVE how the outdoor cafe is at the rear of the building and not up front with noisy traffic. Nice and quiet too so you can actually hear what your guest's conversation.

Patty is an amazing masseuse. I have myofascial pain syndrome and sciatica and she found all of my trigger points and got them to release. I can’t recommend this place higher!

I highly recommend the Polished Diamond! I recently had a massage and pedicure experience there and was greatly pleased with both services. The ladies are thorough and never rush you--always making sure you are satisfied. My more "regular" service of choice is eyebrow threading with Kacie! I was so pleased to find out that she offers this service, as it is hard to come by in the area. She is so kind & gentle and most importantly, she takes her time! The Polished Diamond really is a gem. 2 weeks ago I for a pedicure and Gel-x nail extensions done and and they look amazing still! This place is a true luxury spa, it looks amazing, feels and looks clean, and has great staff! Best pampering experience ever!
