Melissa does an excellent job on manicures and pedicures. I have been going to The Polished Diamond for 14 years. She pays attention to details and the spa is very clean, with special attention to sanitation of all equipment. I also see Sandra for my hair. She is excellent and has helped with recommendations for a more natural hair color. My hair has never looked better. Check them out. You will be so happy with the services provided.
I had a very disappointing experience with this salon. My husband purchased me a gift card for a massage, but every time I tried to schedule over the course of several months, I was told they did not have anyone available to perform massages. As my gift card was nearing expiration, the salon advised me to choose a different service instead. I use to love this place a lot. It's gone down hill over the past year or two. They use to have amazing artists but now I don't. Know.. Sophia I believe that's her name needs to just ... she needs more practice honestly. Shes way too nervous and I really didn't feel comfortable with her doing my nails. I won't go into details. She's a nice girl and I think she would do wonders if she would take her time and stop rushing. The Polished Diamond Spa & Nail Salon are fantastic!!! I go for my pedicure/manicure services. In fact I will not go anywhere else! If there is not an available appointment I book one for later & wait. The salon is pristine in cleanliness and the decor and atmosphere is that of a 5 star salon in any town or city. If you hear any negative views I can assure you it is NOT the fault of technicians or the salon…and I’m speaking from ten years of visiting The Polished Diamond!!!
Cathy gives fantastic massages! I've already made an appointment for another one. The place seems to be full service, I'll check out more next time I go. It's very relaxing and inviting.
