Tamara is an amazing teacher and super encouraging. She is always willing to help you get a move down. Tamara loves to give more challenging tasks to students that have the basics down, this makes the student a better performer. I highly suggest you check out the pole barn if you are interested in pole fitness/dancing.
I just started going to the Pole Barn and I love it!! Its a small studio, but that also means more one on one interaction between instructors and students. And the instructors are wonderful! Definitely a place that is accepting without judgment on your body, age or skill level.
Absolutely love this place! I have so muc fun and it is an amazing workout. I was nervous about going being a bigger woman but now I go every Saturday. I highly recommend getting out of your comfort zone and trying pole at least once.
