Paying for location isn't worth it here! Common areas inside are dirty! Floors not vacuumed, walls and doors have big scuffs, elevator is filthy! Site manager lies to you and decides who follows what rules. If you live by something mechanical that makes noise on a regular basis your rent is the same as everyone else.
