This place is falling apart. I had no a/c for month and half in Aug(100°+ weather!). 3 tickets, same issues, and maintenence wouldn't fix it until they called someone who knew what they was doing. The pool is closed more than it is opened. Secured gated communtiy? Ya ok. Holes all in the fence they wont fix which people come through and break into vehicles. Cameras? Horrible management
Terrible company!! do not deal with these people!! They are theives!!! I sent them money for app fee and deposit, my plans fell through!! They said they would refund my money, I would get a paper check in 2-4 weeks, NOPE!!!! It's been 6 weeks and nothing!! They are theives!!!! They took my money but can't return it.
