This is an amazing place to live. All of the staff is amazing you would not believe how nice and helpful they all are. It's so nice and quiet and you would not believe that there are plenty of kids in the complex but you would never know it. The maintenance staff is awesome they always have a smile on their face when they come to do a service or close out a work order ticket. The Pointe at West Lake is truly a hidden gem! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and welcoming, but what really sets it apart is the office staff. Nuvia and Deja are by far the most professional, friendly, and attentive agents you will ever meet. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel valued and taken care of. The apartments themselves are wonderful, but it’s the outstanding team that makes this community feel like home
It has been quite a while since I’ve lived in an apartment and being here after moving from DFW has been a great experience & I honestly have no complaints! Maintenance is timely, property is always quiet and clean. The management team does an outstanding job of taking care of residents, especially me lol & going above & beyond to create a great and fun place to live. Happy to call this place my Home!
Living here has shown me what truly great apartment management looks like! This team is AMAZING! Every single time I’ve needed something — whether it’s a fix or a noise concern — they’ve handled it fast, professionally, and with a smile. A month ago, I gave four stars… but after seeing how on top of things they’ve been, they’ve more than earned all five. I’m proud to call this place home!
Came to visit my daughter. Impressed with the layout and quality of cabinets, countertops and floors. Building seems to be updated well and parking sufficient. However I think there needs to be stricter rules pertaining to occupants with pets. Every morning while here the upstairs occupants would sweep the dog urine and feces from their balcony off and it lands on the lower balcony!! This is disgusting not to mention very unhealthy!! She doesn’t have pets and makes it so you don’t want to enjoy your outside amenities
