I will only post my experience regarding inquiries and touring. I am up for renewal for my lease at a different apartment complex and I would like to find an area near my daughters school. I have seen 4 other apartments prior to this one and I have to say, I enjoyed every thing about this area, unit, amenities and hospitality. This is my second time living here, when I first moved on to the property a few years back, you could tell there was almost like a certain standard when it came to whom was approved to live here. It was quiet and a lot more safe. UNFORTUNATELY, that is NOT the case NOW. Parking is horrible, If you are not home by 6, be prepared to walk a country mile to your unit. Building 12 is utterly ridiculous, stairwells are filthy, trash is always left and thrown out all over the place, cats roaming all through the building because ten... read more
Honestly, I’ve never seen any negative reviews about this place, so I’m not sure if I just had a bad year or if they remove the bad ones. I’ve lived here for a year, and I can’t express how glad I am to be out of this place. First, I want to thank Deja for helping us get the apartment. She was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. In the first two to three months, I actually enjoyed living here.
