The noise level is absolutely insane, at anytime if the day you will hear the people next to your or above you. Take your money elsewhere, I wake up every night at 4 am to loud creaks and stomping.
I have been at the Pointe for 3 years. I am impressed with the area, the amenities & staff. I've always given great reviews; however when Covid hit, everything changed. I'd only planned to stay 2 years & then move when my son went to college. I knew my income decrease income. My lease was sent early, before renewing I asked if they would work with me should the need arise . I was told yes on a case-by-case basis.
