Be prepared for lots of roaches!!!!!!!!! The big and small ones. They are everywhere! Inside of the apartments and at the trash compactor. At night, I have seen rats and mice. I had a dead mouse on my patio. There are lots of stray cats on the property! I even had kittens on my patio numerous times. When I would walk through the breezeway at night, I had to be careful due to the random cats that would run through the bushes. I told the office staff numerous times but nothing was ever done. Roaches. Rats. Spiders. Nasty sidewalks (I fell when it was winter when the concrete iced over because these sidewalks aren't regularly pressure washed. I've asked so many times for them to pressure wash the main sidewalk coming from the stairs and you can literally see where they stopped at. I bought my own pressure washer just to clean my balcony). Definitely avoid this place due to the huge roaches! Not safe not sanitary, look elsewhere. Do not waste your time with them at all.
Liz, the leasing agent at The Pointe at Irving Park, was absolutely amazing! She explained all of the leasing information and amenities so clearly and fluently, making the whole process easy to understand. She was professional, patient, and super friendly throughout. Liz truly went above and beyond—I can confidently say she’s the best!
