Do not move here if you value you and your families safety. Cars broken into every night, amongst other things. They do nothing to protect their residents and don’t care at all.
Great place with friendly people, near to schools, shopping and everything that people needs, administration staff Elizabeth and Brianna super professionals and very helpful, definitely I recommend the Point at Irving park to others.

Don't waste your time. They will look you straight in the eye and take your money for an apartment that they know already has pre-consistent plumbing issues. They wave the deposit fee to trick people into moving in. After you move in one day water starts running from everywhere. They want to fix it with your money and your time.
