Extremely disappointing experience with The Pointe at Heron Bay and Ashton Woods. I was under contract for a home at 5345 Heron Bay Blvd Lot #50, but could not move forward after an inspection discovered 38 defects on the new construction, including structural damage, corrosion on the water heater (posing a carbon monoxide risk), signs of pests, and a plumbing issue. From the time we walked into the model home, we felt as though we belonged. Tandy was our agent and walked us through every part of the process in purchasing our new home. Although we had our own realtor, she worked hand-in-hand with her to ensure our experience was a seamless one. No matter the question or concern Tandy was as helpful as can be. Ashton woods are the best builders hands down. The home design and asthetics were both visually appealing and functional.My sales agent Tandy was also amazing. She was courteous and professional. Her patience and excellent communication skills were very reassuring during my moments of indecisiveness. Ashton woods builders are extremely lucky to have an employee that is dedicated and knowledgeable about the home buying process. Tandy is truly a Gem.

I couldn't be happier with my home purchase! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Tandy provided my realtor and me with a tour of several homes, as well as the amenities that come with the property.
