While the staff is amazing, the corporation behind the complex is anything but. I switched apartments in October and it took until March to have a wheelchair ramp put in. At first the delay was said to be due to getting bids from contractors. Turns out they made their own staff pour concrete and call it a day. Again not the responsibility of Kayla and her staff, but I’m still waiting on a ramp to get in and out of my apartment with my wheelchair. Keily was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything so easy and was always quick to answer any questions I had. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. Highly recommend!
Keily and Kayla are both very sweet and welcoming individuals! They answered all questions that me and my fiancé had! The office was very clean, organized, and smelt very nice! The office alone made you feel like you’re at home!
