I absolutely love my apartment, so nice and cozy, the ladies in the front office are the best and so helpful! Maintenance take care of things!!!
I’ve had a great experience living here so far! The leasing office is very efficient and responsive whether it’s handling maintenance requests, answering questions, or helping with paperwork, they move quickly and make everything simple. The staff is always polite and professional, and I really appreciate how organized everything has been since moving in. I’ve been staying here for about two years now It’s a very peaceful complex , I love how they’ve been bringing in food trucks to support small businesses and give me something to look forward to so I don’t have to cook the maintenance team is phenomenal they’re very quick to fix any issues within the day and I really love the sense of community amongst my neighbors
The Pointe is a great place to live! It’s quiet and peaceful and the staff is nice, friendly, and respectful. Any maintenance needs that I have come across, have been handled quickly and efficiently. They just recently gave their residents backpacks with school supplies in them for our children and every now and again, they bring food and snack trucks just for our convenience and satisfaction! I would recommend The Pointe to everyone!
