Wonderful place to call home! Very family oriented neighborhood style living. Friendly neighbors, and very nice staff. The maintenance requests are always very quick to fix what ever it is that you’re having issues with! By the way only have had to call maybe a handful of times, but they are very nice maintenance workers as well! Very respectful staff overall, and a great place to call home! I rented a two-story apartment here for a few years when I lived in Beaumont about 10 years ago and it was an great experience. The management and staff were incredibly professional with great personalities (I wonder if they still work there). I always looked forwarded to my regular visits with them. The neighbors were friendly and the apartment/townhouse was really spacious and well-constructed. Quiet, clean, and well-maintained community! The management is super responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Great location and overall a great place to live!
We're on our 2nd year here and so far its been great. Very spacious and maintenance responds quickly. Front staff is always offering incentives and are friendly and responsive as well.
