I’ve lived at the Pointe Apartments for almost 20 years, and the management team has always been very helpful if there is an issue. The maintenance team is excellent too. Any issues I’ve ever had have been handled professionally and in a very timely manner. The monthly events are a great way to connect with friends and meet new ones. Wonderful place to live!!
Great for Families! I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. It’s clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The management team is professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The maintenance team is truly outstanding — they respond very quickly and fix any issues right away. Amazing place to live at! Compared to other places I've been at, I see a huge positive difference here. Staff is very nice and helpful, communication is great, maintenance fixes issues quickly, clean buildings and overall area, parking lots and sidewalks are cleaned immediately after it snows, quiet area and never any issue with neighbors, there's always dog poop bags, monthly events are great and truly bring that community vibe. I reside at The Pointe Apartments in Arlington Heights, IL, and I absolutely love living here! The staff is amazing, and that includes the maintenance crew as well. They are incredibly helpful, responsive, and never miss a beat when something needs to be addressed.
