We’ve been happily living here for the past three years and have had a great experience overall. Maintenance is always helpful and very quick to respond whenever something comes up, which we really appreciate. The front office staff are consistently kind and welcoming, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. The apartments themselves are nice, especially for the location and price. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home, and we would definitely recommend living here!
This place only brings back fond memories for my wife and I. Initially moving in on short notice and only seeing the place via a walkthrough video provided by management, we were exhausted by the long drive across the country and pleasantly surprised to find the apartment nicer than we expected. After living alone for nearly 6 months, my girlfriend (at the time) decided to join me in Chicago. I had a very frustrating experience at this apartment complex due to poor management and unprofessional handling of my lease situation. I had to break my lease because of a job change and when I informed the leasing office, they told me I am needed to provide a 2-month notice and pay a 2-month break-out fee. I understood this and proceeded with the request for subleasing, which they initially agreed to but when I found a replacement and wanted to proceed with subleasing the apartment, they had already rented it out to someon... read more
