This place only brings back fond memories for my wife and I. Initially moving in on short notice and only seeing the place via a walkthrough video provided by management, we were exhausted by the long drive across the country and pleasantly surprised to find the apartment nicer than we expected. I had a very frustrating experience at this apartment complex due to poor management and unprofessional handling of my lease situation. I had to break my lease because of a job change and when I informed the leasing office, they told me I am needed to provide a 2-month notice and pay a 2-month break-out fee. I understood this and proceeded with the request for subleasing, which they initially agreed to but when I found a replacement and wanted to proceed with subleasing the apartment, they had already rented it out to someon... read more
I had a very disappointing experience with their leasing office. Despite confirming my move-in date over email and calling to say I was 30 minutes away, no one informed me there were no apartments available. This lack of communication wasted my time and felt highly unprofessional. They need to improve their processes to respect potential tenants' time.
