We are so happy living here,everything spot clean, not to mention the personal We have a grate manager mr Bill , every One very polite, treat us with respect Zack Lopez, Tansin Hug, Rosario, Manny, As well the porters personal Aldonso and Cesar.
I do enjoy living here, but the rent is equivalent to a luxury apartment in Brea. I’m paying above $2700 for a 1 bedroom, for this price I’d expect luxury amenities. The gym for example, a small room with only one workout bench and half the cardio equipment doesn’t work. I’d love to have a second bench so at least 2 people could use free weights at the same time. As a longtime resident of The Pointe apartments, I've always found the office staff and maintenance crew here to be genuinely helpful, responsive and reliable. On a personal level, my interactions with Bill and everyone are consistently friendly and positive, with a willingness to go the extra mile when needed.
The smoke alarm is way too inconsistent. The gym and pool are obsolete at best. The night security act way too entitled idk who is backing them
