The property is supposedly no smoking. My apartment continually smells like smoke from everyone smoking inside, so much so that guests who have come over always ask me if I smoke, which I do not. For those who are curious, I'm not referring to cigarettes. Don't ever report any safety violations you see, such as your next door neighbor bringing propane barbecue gas tanks inside to "store" in his apartment while he cooks next to them—they will actually get mad at you, that is, if they even call you back.
