I have honestly never experienced a more disgusting, negligent, and poorly managed apartment building in my life. Living here has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and the management company and maintenance staff should be embarrassed by the condition they allow this property to remain in. Management is unprofessional and ignores serious problems. The building has dog feces in stairways, garbage smells, loud noise, and unreliable internet that management refuses to address. My car was broken into in the garage and my wallet was stolen, and management refused to properly check security cameras. Smoking happens inside the building, yet they try to fine tenants instead of enforcing rules fairly. Maintenance is extremely slow, often taking 2–4 weeks or not responding at all. Be careful this place is a scam. I signed a one year lease now they’re saying they don’t have that and they can’t prove that now I have to pay a big fine. Be careful. I would never recommend living here.
