This apartment complex is filled with unprofessional management. To add onto the unprofessionalism, you will also be dealing with dog feces in the stairway, garbage smell, maintance shortage, loud noises and internet connection issues within the building. The property is supposedly no smoking. My apartment continually smells like smoke from everyone smoking inside, so much so that guests who have come over always ask me if I smoke, which I do not. For those who are curious, I'm not referring to cigarettes. Don't ever report any safety violations you see, such as your next door neighbor bringing propane barbecue gas tanks inside to "store" in his apartment while he cooks next to them—they will actually get mad at you, that is, if they even call you back.
