I’m not sure why there’s so many negative reviews because I’ve been having great communication with the front desk and they’re so quick at responding to my emails. Even the maintenance guy was so kind. I’m just now moving in so with time I will see how I feel about the apartment complex, but my first initial conversation with everyone has been nothing but good.

On February 6, 2025, I attended a scheduled in-person application appointment for leasing. Throughout the process, I found the professionalism of the leasing manager to be severely lacking. Notably, she expressed grievances about her job attendance while still in the midst of processing my application. This place is poorly managed. They barely answer the phone or call back everytime I've left a message. I had an appointment today, Monday, April 1 2024, at 1 pm and they did not answer. Very unprofessional. Time to report them to the housing authority and the AG.
