Lived in 3 apartments 2 didn’t work out! Neighbors are the worst! You be the judge. Choose wisely! Plenty of other properties with over 4 stars I suggest!
I lived here for a year and had to leave because at the end of my lease they wanted to increase my rent by over $400 for a tiny one bedroom I was already paying way too much for. I know rent often increases at the end of a lease but I have never ever experienced a rent increase so intense it throws the entire apartment out of your budget. It is also worth noting that while I am not disabled they gave me the ADA unit and for some reason it was the unit furthest away from the elevator….
