If I could give it zero starts I would. The office staff is very rude and non responsive to your needs. This place is full of radon as it’s built on rock. I just tested the radon levels with a detector and it’s at 4.43 right now. Everything is made as cheap as possible but designed to look nice. You can hear neighbors all around you at all hours of the night because the walls and ceilings are so cheap. There’s literally nothing I can say good about this place. My husband and I have been living here for 2 years now & there always seems to be something wrong. Whether it’s the front door not being locked, which is extremely unsafe or the elevator continuously being out of service. We have been trying to move into a new 2 bedroom unit for 2 months now seeing as our daughter will be born in about 3 weeks and the amount of setbacks has been so frustrating. And with that said, they have offered no means of compensation for everything we have dealt with.

We worked with Katelyn through the rental process at The Point, and she really made the process so seamless! She is communicative, kind, and I truly feel like she had our best interests at heart. We are so appreciative for everything she did for us, and are looking forward to moving into our new space. Thank you, Katelyn - you are the absolute best!
