GOING DOWNHILL FAST! I am 10 year resident. This property has gone downhill rapidly since the acquisition nearly 2 years ago. Packages are stolen regularly, teenagers run wild throughout the property, garbage piles up at the dumpsters and tenants are rude and inconsiderate of their neighbors. I have personally had to call the police more than once for questionable behavior in the middle of the night. What is the problem?? I don't understand the others issues, I agree parking is bad but any issue I have in the office is handled immediately. Glad I moved here, keep up the good work!!

Parking is a concern, otherwise I love it Jus moved in, right before a food truck came on property! They had crab cakes and they were gr8! Hope more to come, like mgmt and maintenance has help with air issues really quick! Parking is bad but my apt has garage, my friends hav to park by office. otherwise, i hope to be here for a while. :)

Total Waste of Time We do I begin, please do not move here. The parking is terrible when viewing the apartment there were no cars but at night you cannot find a space. The have garages they are empty and not being used at all but they want to charge you a extra 100.00 NOT. They tow your car immediately, the water in shower smells like urine. The paint in apt is so thick it peels. The bathroom is caulked so much it peels. The doors are (entrance dented, dirty and your packages are repeated stolen. The management SUCK, Nasty, ... read more

Thank you! I’ve lived at The Point for a year, and just renewed my lease. I truly love this neighborhood, and the leasing staff is top notch. Kallen, India, and Rafell are all very professional, kind, and super helpful. I can’t compliment and thank them enough for helping me feel so comfortable, particularly since this was my first time living alone. I feel safe here, and actually know my neighbors. Feels like home for sure.

luxury? Supposedly “luxury”. Which I find hilarious when 1 upon entering the apartment buildings, every front door, every door, is dented. And the answer management comes up with is paint 2 enter the apartment and immediately notice not wood floors, it’s laminate. ( not sure when laminate flooring was considered luxury) Then you notice “Gray” shag carpet. I believe you can purchase this with the basic padding for $0.75 a sq yrd. LOVE, LOVE, LOVe I moved in last month and have had no issues. This place is by far my favorite apartment complex I moved into. The office folks are so professional and helpful. They are super responsive if you have any questions or concerns. There were some work orders here and there, but moving into a new place that's usually normal to make sure it meets your needs. Not very courtesy officer They handed out more parking passes than there are stalls. They tow anyone parked on the street. They make the Tennant's walk around the lot late at night to find the one car, probably staying with relatives, that doesn't have a sticker to call courtesy officer to have him tow. He won't walk around. He makes you call back with a plate number. If you can't, then he tells you to park at a restaurant a block away. You will regret moving here. The office staff will portray themselves and the community positively to get residents. Once you sign the lease you will see a disrespectful office staff, units in need of constant repair, 20 year old appliances that are often malfunctioning. Pest issues, parking issues, if you want a decent parking space it will cost $100 monthly. Business center with broken computers and printers, no ink and you must bring your own paper.
