Joy Morris is an angel. She goes out of her way to make sure people are taken care of, has parties during holidays. An absolute JOY to work with, and she is invaluable. Maintenance is substandard. Nobody supervises nor checks on contractors. No quality control.. Carpeting had no foam under, bumps where they didn't even clean the floor, stairs are all stained from garbage pickup, and when cleaned, not done properly. They need to get a strong manager to tighten up the contractors. Pool needs to be heated, no excuse.
I am a long-time resident here...the team here at this community is phenomenal. Every time I have some sort of issue it gets rectified expeditiously and Joy is exceptional as always.
Cannot say enough good things about this place. We have lived here for 7 months now. After living in some horrendous apartment complexes previously, we can absolutely say this place is the best place we’ve ever lived. The leasing office truly cares, Samantha and Joy go above and beyond, they are so welcoming and genuinely kind humans. This is by far one of the best complexes I have ever lived in. So nice and quiet. No disturbances to speak of; and maintenance is on top of any request submitted. The office staff is also amazing and friendly. I have been here 2 years already and honestly don’t see myself moving anywhere else anytime soon.
