Living here has honestly been such a breath of fresh air! The architecture is one of the first things that won me over — the catty-corner layouts, tall ceilings, and those spacious porches make the apartments feel like actual homes. I love how many cabinets there are, and the big laundry space has been a game-changer. A ton of residents have dogs too, and it’s actually fun to see all the different breeds out in the green spaces. Joy Morris is an angel. She goes out of her way to make sure people are taken care of, has parties during holidays. An absolute JOY to work with, and she is invaluable. Maintenance is substandard. Nobody supervises nor checks on contractors. No quality control.. Carpeting had no foam under, bumps where they didn't even clean the floor, stairs are all stained from garbage pickup, and when cleaned, not done properly. They need to get a strong manager to tighten up the contractors. Pool needs to be heated, no excuse.

I am a long-time resident here...the team here at this community is phenomenal. Every time I have some sort of issue it gets rectified expeditiously and Joy is exceptional as always.
Cannot say enough good things about this place. We have lived here for 7 months now. After living in some horrendous apartment complexes previously, we can absolutely say this place is the best place we’ve ever lived. The leasing office truly cares, Samantha and Joy go above and beyond, they are so welcoming and genuinely kind humans.
