Look no further. Lived here for 14-months and hands down the best apartment complex we have lived in and I lived in a fancy high-rise downtown Nashville. Sadly, we just moved out but this became THE standard of finding apartments in this new state we are living in. Go ahead and sign a lease with Joy, you'll never find a better community and even better property manager than her anywhere. I will die on this hill.
We have lived here for about a year and a half. In all of that time we’ve never had a complaint. The apartments are clean and so nice. The maintenance crew are amazing. You ask for something and they are there the next morning or same day if needed to fix the problem. We enjoy the monthly breakfast and different events that happen every month. Especially the holiday ones. The office staff is easy to talk with and we consider them friends. We will soon be moving from here to be closer to the grand babies and we are sad to go.... read more
Love living at The Point! Super safe and clean! Joy and the PM team have made my husband and I feel so welcome since we moved here almost 6 months ago!
