I would not recommend Still River Apartments. This is an apartment complex poorly maintained, and run by a management company to maximize their profit at the expense of their tenants. I lived there for two years. After two months I experienced a major leak. The water heater above me broke down and all the water drained into my apartment. Apparently this happened to a few of my neighbors too. Management likes to keep the equipment until it fails catastrophically. My first rent increase was 5%.
