STAY AWAY! Brianna the property manager is horrible. She does not care about the residents well being, general concerns, or living conditions within the community. All Brianna cares about is milking the residents for more money. This complex has completely changed from 3 years ago since Berger property management took over. The staff here is amazing and the apartment homes are beautiful. I would definitely recommend moving here. 5 Stars Thomas Poulton is one of the maintenance guys here and he ROCKS. He is very kind and hard working!

In addition, all utilities and cable are paid individually, not shared/discounted like many other facilities. This is 67% price increase in 5 years! At the end of the yearly lease, upon renewal, these CRIMINALS tried to increase the rent yet again over $400+ dollars. Unfortunately in the state of PA, there is no recourse or protection for renters from PREDATORY down right CRIMINAL exploitation,... read more
