I’ve been a resident since 2019, the environment is very pleasant and safe but I never realized just how much of a difference a great maintenance team makes. i do not live here but my bestfriend does and all of the times i’ve been here it has just been amazing! the staff are so kind in the clubhouse, also the clubhouse is so comforting and fun to hang out in! the gym is soo fun and the comfy seating areas are so cute and amazing! overall, an amazing place to live and visit
In all my years I never experience a complex, where not once, not twice, Now I have had three times that my packages have been stolen from the front of the building. I get the picture and it has been delivered but within a two hour time frame of getting home my package has been stolen. So if you want to move here please have an alternative address because you will receive nothing ever and it will be gone in less a matter of hours. Jose and the maintenance team did a remarkable job at cleaning up the main roads immediately after the snow storm. You can tell they worked hard to make sure we had a safe path to work and even worked after with clearing up parking spots! This maintenance team has been doing an amazing job even with helping right away with any issues that may arrive in units. I appreciate all their hard work and help with anything my boyfriend and I needed!
My son and I have moved to Plymouth Pointe Apartments since July 2025.Everything is great. It’s clean Everywhere,the management always care about the residents.They cleaned the driveway and sidewalks when it snowed.I am appreciated. There no bugs no pests.they always check the fireproofing facility. We have a security door each unit and my packages are always safe. They have the garbage picked up 5 days each week.and also there is a trash station ,sometimes you can walk there.the management always send us emails when somethi... read more
