My husband and I truly enjoy living at Plymouth Point and are grateful to be part of this community. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it a wonderful place to call home. Whenever maintenance issues arise, they are addressed within a reasonable timeframe, and the staff always works hard to ensure residents are taken care of. I’ve lived at Plymouth Pointe Apartments for over 8.5 years and have experienced a few different management companies and numerous maintenance teams during that time. Without question, the current staff is the best we’ve had. I especially want to recognize Jose from the maintenance department. He is knowledgeable, respectful, and incredibly responsive whenever a maintenance ticket is submitted. What really sets him apart, though, is how much he genuinely cares about the residents. I’ve been living at The Pointe for three years and cannot recommend this property enough. The grounds and facilities are consistently well-maintained, and the staff does an excellent job keeping everything in great condition. A special thank you to the maintenance team—Jose, Keith, and Dan—who are always professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Their hard work and dedication truly make this a great place to live. Living in this community has genuinely been a great experience. From the moment I moved in, everything felt well-organized, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Update, 4/9/2026: Within 48 hours of submitting this review, Plymouth Pointe had TOLD a contractor to utilize my electrical services to power their high-pressure air compressor for multiple hours without my knowledge. Upon confrontation, it came to light that Plymouth Pointe utilizes their residents power service “to complete and perform work throughout the community” to which seems to be quite often. The regional manager, Joshua Grove, stated it was just a “few dollars” and that it was “pursuant of your leasing agreement”. ... read more
