UPDATE 1 day later: Corrected Wayne's name (sorry buddy) and adjusted the true value for my rent increase. Also noting that staff reached out and tried to gaslight me and tell me it's my fault that their building seems to be falling apart. Also tried to convince me my rent increase was less than what it actually was. I’ve really enjoyed living at Riverworks. The apartments are nice, clean, and well-kept. The location is great because it’s close to Main Street in Phoenixville for restaurants and nightlife, but far enough away that it’s quiet. It’s also just a short walk to the Schuylkill River Trail, which is perfect for running or walking my dog. Sophea has been amazing to work with. She’s always quick to respond to my emails and takes care of any issues right away. Her customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend this place!
Marvelous place and great staff.
Wonderful place, perfectly located, quiet yet close to the city, a five-minute walk to the main street. The staff is very attentive and friendly.
