My girlfriend and I toured the one bedroom and one bedroom + den floor plans at the riverworks apartments. Naomi from riverworks was super helpful and knowledgeable about the process and community. While we did not end up moving here due to another apartment complex being a better fit for our commutes, I’d highly recommend riverworks to anyone looking to move to the phoenixville area.
Photos from the last two weeks or so of dog feces all over the property. Management is fantastic and tries their best. All else is great, except I think amenities lock down way earlier than in the past. The dog poop situation has gotten really bad.
