Beautiful place and easy walk to town and nightlife
Riverworks is an amazing place to live! I toured Riverworks & met Angel a few months ago & fell in love immediately. I moved from out of state & Riverworks makes me feel safe, it is quiet, and everyone is friendly. The apartments are beautiful, the location is perfect just steps away from Bridge St, the trail & farmers market. The staff communicates extremely well with updates via email, and maintenance is exceptionally fast in responding. I've lived here for just about two years and have really enjoyed the experience. We love being so close to town and appreciate the great amenities—especially the walking loop around the complex. The staff has been fantastic, with Sophea standing out in particular. She's always so friendly and willing to help with anything. Unfortunately, the one downside has been the high number of dogs allowed in the buildings. Our dog has become increasingly fearful. Aside from that, we've truly enjoyed living here.
My experience with Riverworks has been so positive. Angel is amazing, he has gone above and beyond to help me find the apartment I was looking for. I love my apartment, it has great sunlight and I feel so at home. The community is fabulous! It's quiet, there are great places to walk around, everyone is friendly!
