I lived there five years ago. A friend still lives there. This place has been downgraded. Exterior and interior. It's not worth the price they are asking!
As of today (7/3/25), the only elevator in building 7 has been out of service since 5/21/25 — that’s well over a month without a functional lift in a multi-story residential building. Management continues to offer vague excuses about “waiting on a part,” with no meaningful updates or timeline for repair.
