I been a resident at Arrive at Fort Lee for the past 7 years with different management teams. Since moving here in 2023, I’ve got to say, the management team has really turned things around for me and my wife at The Arrive. We were actually on the fence about renewing our lease, but that’s totally changed lately. Terrika, Theresa, and TJ (the "Three T's," haha) have been nothing but warm and welcoming from day one. As a resident at Arrive for 4 years, I can say that management can care less about the residents. Maintenance requests are constantly stated as "Closed" and/or "Completed" when nothing has been done. Constant delays in all emergent services, and little to no accountability for their own faults and mistakes rather they gaslight you, the tenants into thinking all the issues are actually a common sight
TJ has been outstanding—kind, professional, and friendly. He made us feel very welcome and provided excellent customer service. Terrika, the property manager, was also highly professional and helped us resolve our moving process quickly and efficiently. We truly appreciate their exceptional support and dedication.
