Much better and safer options close by. I had my car broken into and bunch of stuff taken and they blocked me from letting other people know on the community board. I had nothing visible through the windows. They went through my center console, glove box and even took my sunglasses out of my sunglass holder. Assembly Dulles only cared of about blocking other people from knowing about it and they gave me no reasons as to why. Avoid this apartment complex if you can.
We really enjoy living in the apartment and appreciate the welcoming community. The admin and maintenance teams have been responsive and willing to address any concerns, which we value greatly. As a suggestion, we believe upgrading the playground would enhance the experience for families, and adding roofs to balconies that currently don’t have one could improve comfort and usability. Overall, it’s a safe and pleasant neighborhood, and we’re happy to be part of it.

I’m currently living in apartment 669A, and I want to share my honest experience. This place is full of bugs and feels like a hunter’s house—not at all safe or comfortable for families with kids. We’ve had serious pest problems including big bees, bugs, and even a snake. Sometimes squirrels come down from the roof, and honeybees have entered the apartment more than once. Do not stay at this apartment complex. They will be the first ones to gouge you on charges or fees, but then when it comes to them fixing things it’s either never happens or it’s like pulling teeth. I had squirells in my ceiling all winter with them not doing anything to fix it and initially said “you’ll have that during the winter months”. And at one point they either lied or had no idea what they were doing because they told me factually inaccurate information. DO NOT STAY HERE.
