I lived here for about a year and a half, and during that time, management switched from Greystar to Elme Communities. The transition brought a dramatic decline in the community's quality, leading to what I consider to be unsafe living conditions and an overall disregard for residents. We lived here for 2 years with affordable monthly rental and all the shops nearby with good commute options . Now we moved out a month before and wanted to appreciate the maintenance team for all their supports. With the old appliances in the apartment most of the times our mindset will be which one is going to cause an issue and any time we raise any request, it doesn’t matter how many times with same issue the maintenance team help us without hesitations.
