Elme Dulles Community is such a nice place to live! It’s super peaceful and quiet. Everything is always clean and well-kept, and the maintenance team is amazing—they fix stuff right away if there’s ever a problem. The leasing office staff is also awesome. Our dryer has been dying for 2 weeks. The maintenance team never responded we called and emailed them. Never reply or answer the call. The management team is the worst. Do not move in here.
Located in a really good side of Herndon, great community and lots of food spots and grocery stores nearby. As an Elme employee, I really enjoy living here!
Unprofessional Management & Unfair Charges If I could give zero stars, I would. This community has the worst management—they charge for trash pickup even when it hasn’t been collected and even for other people’s trash! To make matters worse, they bill a day before the month ends, which feels shady and unfair. Attempts to reach management go completely ignored—no responses, no accountability, just unjustified charges.
