Terrible company, please go down the street to Bezzuto.. they treated us much better in Lorton, VA.
Don’t recommend to live this community 😡 Very poor maintenance service. My washing machine has been out of order for nearly two weeks, and I have children and a large amount of laundry that needs to be done. I’ve called and emailed several times. I’ve been told someone would come and fix it, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved. This has caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience for my family.
The property is getting remodeled. However the construction team and the property management dont communicate. We have had construction people walk into our unit unannounced. The biggest thing is we havent had lighting in the community since September 4th. Ive put in work requests to get the issue fixed and they have been closed out and no response. This is what my building looks like at night. Can you tell me where the door is?
Very poor management,nothing will fix on the time manners after you report,the 🐀 during winter good luck if you have the townhouse 🏠 with that garage.over all with this amount of money they charge with the whole fees and stuff you can live anywhere better.no recommend.

Having stayed in many communities both within the U.S. and internationally, on top of managing rental properties of my own through nearly a decade of experience dealing with tenants I can confidently say this about Cortland Dulles.
