Managers and maintenance crew are GREAT...But Grounds maintenance needs more to take care of...Palm trees growing in the parking lot dividers...pets still using grass and gravel area as urine areas at the ecssisways into building 6...Stairway lighting has been unlit at night for a month now !!!
Our tour with Robbie was great. He seemed very knowledgeable about the goings on at the property. For example he mentioned the ongoing upgrades and plans for more in the future. He was well spoken and friendly. We are very interested in the property as a potential home for us in FL.
My sister and I toured today with Robbie as we are moving soon and have been touring other places in the area. Robbie has been nothing but kind and considerate, making us feel very welcome and at home during our tour. He answered all of our questions thoughtfully and was even very honest about the pros and cons of renting with them vs other communities in the area.
