UPDATE, BASED ON OWNER REPLY: There is a lack of accountability with this business. The space was ready in time only because we had several family members and friends helping us. If we did not have essentially a whole team of our own assisting, there would not have been support from The Point staff. There was not a bartender or, quite frankly, alcohol, throughout. The Point was a great venue to host the celebration of life for my sister. Appreciated the support from start to finish!
We held our daughter's graduation celebration at The Point and were very happy with the final outcome. From start to finish, the staff was very prompt in responses and helpful with the planning before the event and during the event. I would totally recommend this event venue for special occasion celebrations.
My husband and I had our wedding reception at The Point. We had a one hour set up time (4-5pm) before the reception started. Upon arriving, staff was on a call and did not assist or have the floor plan set up for 20-30 minutes (Leaving us only 30-40 minutes to set up a party for 90+ people).
