The building management here is pretty good. They promptly take care of any issues I've had and are so friendly. The office is always open for residents to pop in and discuss things. The building is well maintained and the lady who does the cleaning does a great job everyday! 10/10 recommend The Point!
Great place to stay, convenient location and nice apartment. The management is really very helpful and supportive. I want to thank Petra for always making sure everything is perfect.
Long overdue review: We have lived at this building since August 2024. So far, our experience here has been amazing. When we were looking for a place last summer and came across this building, we loved it. One of the main reasons we considered for this to be our home was because of Petra. She is such an amazing person. She made the process to move in and get paperwork done very easy and quick. She is always available and keen to help and answer any questions we may have had these last 8 months. Thank you!
We have lived at THE POINT apartment Complex for 4 years now. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful. Petra and Noso are always so accommodating and easy to deal with. Just met Ethan today………..seems like a nice guy. The Complex is always clean, inside and out, as we have the best cleaning lady, her name is Claudia……Ola Claudia!😃
