If I could mark this as 0.25 star or lower I would. The staff Michael Odise and Marzan Hoque are terribly impolitely and unprofessional. They work as if it is their 1st year in office however they both should have more than enough experience to actually do their job well - I could train two monkeys to do a better job then they would, AND the monkeys wouldn't harass me in the office. I’m a current tenant at The Point. My unit, which is one of the smallest floor plans, is currently being advertised at lower rates than what I’m paying. Public listings show prices between $1995 and $2030, yet management has declined to adjust my rent unless I commit to a new 12-month lease. I requested a fair adjustment based on these advertised rates and provided evidence, but was told that without signing a new lease, no negotiation would be considered.
