This office is currently under Doctor Roberto Rodriguez. They don’t answer the phone, they do not follow up with results, or send required documents to insurance. I will not be returning.
I would like to thank Dr. Childers and his staff for their excellent care. I had a surgical procedure on my big toenail 2 weeks ago and had my follow up appointment today. Even though I thought I was also scheduled for callous removal today, I wasn’t. Dr. Childers worked on my difficult callouses for far longer than I expected. It wasn’t until I checked out, that I discovered my mistake. Never did he rush or say he’d need me to come back in to finish another day. Thank you very much for taking such good care of my feet!
The doctor and assistant were great with my 2yr old child with an ingrown nail. I was so worried how they’d get it taken care of. We quickly held him down while the doctor trimmed it! Much better than I expected.
