Wonderful doctor and friendly staff. was in and out very fast. No negative here in this office I've called a lot and always get a call back.
Have tried since December 7 to get any kind of response about an appt for my mom. No one answers the phone or returns call. This Dr needs to know his staff is uncaring, and fails in their daily duties! The worst kind of front office who can’t return any calls! Bad referral from our primary. DO NOT bother this Dr you will NEVER get a response back from the office!!
The doctor is decent but the office staff and the way it is ran is horrible. No one answers the phone. If you get a call back you get the run around of who the right person is to talk to about an issue or get things handled. The staff is majority rude though there was one very nice lady. It’s nearly impossible to communicate effectively with the dr because of how the office is run. He says one thing and the staff does another. Save yourself the headache and go else where. Five stars! Front desk is friendly, no wait time due to completion of my documents visit online and Dr. Cheleuitte was both professional and personable. Relieved my ingrow pressure I will definitely be returning for preventative care.
Dr is a decent person but the staff are horrible and incompetent. They refuse to do any extra leg work and seems to be bothered to make any attempts outside their job description. Like make a call!!! Just a huge disappointment and changing doctors! One word run!!!!!
