Went to see Dr. Mathews’s for two new pairs of orthotics. When they arrived, the MA cut them incorrectly and I needed to wait another 3 weeks for them. I was called for them and the team was confused because they were not aware that I was still waiting for them. I made an appointment to come in and was told it would be with the MA.
