Great service and care. Friendly and knowledgable staff. My custom insoles have helped tremendously with pain and alignment.
I hadn't been there for many years but when I dropped in, because I was a former patient, they fit me in in short order. My appointment was quick and painless with Jessica, their friendly receptionist, sending me the information I asked for and Dr. Sutton dealing with my issue in shot order. Lovely office and staff that also sell shoes and sneakers that they stand behind.
I had a very frustrating experience here. I purchased shoes from this store, only to later realize my insurance had lapsed, so I couldn’t submit a claim. When I investigated further, I also discovered that the shoes may not actually be suitable for my feet. The shoes are brand new and completely unworn. The store emailed me a copy of the receipt, but when I went back in, I was told that the emailed receipt was not acceptable and that they required an “original” receipt — even though they themselves issued the receipt by emai... read more
The staff are very professional and normally on time appointments. Their podiatrists are excellent. Their shoe store portion of the business, the staff are excellent in their recommendations for proper fitting runners. Love this place.
