3 years I was a tenant in thise 3 years the issues I had while living there were minor so I was shocked when I moved out how unprofessional they have been. I received less than half of my deposit back when I simply asked for supporting documents to show the breakdown I'm amounts of what i was billed exactly Gina told me she would she send me the information In June its now July 31st and I'm just being ignored. Terrible people. Took payments under false pretenses and the add ridiculously charges when you move.Hot water went out and maintenance did not come until next day.Thermostat was broken and they never fixed.Ripoffs.Places are not worth the price.Company is owned by Gina and her husband who is not very helpful at all.
We are going into our second year with Gina and her team. They really do their homework to find the right tenant for your property. When we had a recent un-expected vacancy, The PM People filled it without any time lapsing or loss of rent. We are completely satisfied with our choice, and highly recommend them. They are very fair in their pricing; You won't be disappointed.
We have had the pleasure to work with Gina and her team for over 10 years now. They are always there for their tenants and their owners 100%. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch team to manage their property.
