Could not have asked for a better experience and I am in LOVE with my results. Steph truly makes you feel comfortable and safe from the second you walk into her doors. I did broadband light therapy (BBL) at The Plump Room with Stephany. The entire experience was 10/10. The next day I started noticing improvements in my skin and each day it gets better. My acne scares and pigmentation have improved significantly! Stephany and her team were very supportive throughout the process.
Steph is amazing!! She was so gentle and took her time to explain everything to me. I went in thinking I was going to do one area of filler, and ended up taking her recommendations to add other areas to my treatment. It is safe to say that I am so happy that I did! My results are A1! I would recommend her to anyone with my eyes closed. She is definitely a master at her craft. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I had the most wonderful experience with Leah. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with such a warm welcome. I felt incredibly comfortable. Leah took the time to listen to all of my skin care concerns as a new client. She asked great questions. The facial was one of the best facials I have ever received. I left with my skin glowing and before I left made my next appointment. I'm looking forward to continuing my skin care journey with Leah.
